Below is a menu + pricing list of items we make regularly. These are items that can be ordered outside of events, pop-ups and farmer’s markets. We also take specialty orders often so if you are interested in something not listed, please send a message!
One week notice required for orders. (If needing sooner, please reach out as we may be able to accommodate last minute requests.) Bread is a 2-loaf minimum (same kind). Pastries are a half dozen minimum (same kind).
Maximum of 6 pastry options total for large assorted orders of 3 dozen or more.
Pickup will be at our cottage bakeshop in Chetek unless otherwise arranged. Orders will be confirmed via email along with our address and additional instructions for pickup. Venmo accepted prior to pickup or cash/check at pickup.
Classic Sourdough

Round, crusty loaf with mild sourdough flavor and open crumb. Perfect for morning toast, grilled sandwiches or as an accompaniment to soup, stew or dipping oils.
Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough
$10
Sweet loaf swirled with raisin, brown sugar and cinnamon. Makes excellent French Toast.
Honey Oat Sandwich Sourdough

Soft oats and local honey mixed into a sandwich-style tin loaf. Versatile as a toast and sandwich bread.
Rustic Rye Sourdough

Round sourdough boule with a strong molasses, caraway and dark rye flavor. Recommended to pair with savory dishes, meats, cheeses and BLTs.
Cruffins
$4-$5 Each
Muffin-shaped croissant dusted in sugar. Similar to a morning bun. $4 Plain or $5 Filled. Inquire about current filling options.
Puff Pastry Turnovers or Pop-Tarts
$4-$5 Each
Hand-laminated puff pastry with seasonal fillings. Pop-tarts have a glaze. Inquire about current filling options.
Cookies
$3.50 Each
Our rich, underbaked-in-just-the-right-way cookies have several flavor options. Choose from Dark Chocolate, Pistachio + Sea Salt, a PB+J cookie (jelly-filled center), White Chocolate Funfetti or a 7-Layer.
Scones
$3 Each
Tall, moist triangular shaped scones with a texture similar to a biscuit. Flavors change frequently and seasonally. Options always on rotation include Spinach, Feta + Cracked Pepper, Cheddar + Rosemary, Chocolate Chip Sour Cream + Cinnamon Chip. Inquire about additional current flavors.
